We chose dinner at Holmen Lofoten because it feels like a true taste of the place we’re visiting. The menu is shaped by the surrounding sea and mountains, using local fish, foraged ingredients, and produce from nearby farmers and fishers. Everything is deeply connected to Lofoten’s landscape and way of life — even the plates are handmade by a local potter. It feels like a special, meaningful way to slow down and celebrate our honeymoon together.
